Lagi satu bahan terpenting untuk dikitar semula tetapi ramai yang tak nampak...sisa lemak, minyak dan gris (fat, oil and grease) dari ruang dapur restoran/hotel/cafetaria/kantin dan rumah...saya sekarang sedang berusaha merintis untuk kitar semula bahan buangan ini...bernilai ratusan juta ringgit!
